Terms of Use & Service Disclosures

Understand how VendorLink handles inquiries, projects, independent contractor connections and work applications.

1. Scope of these terms

These terms describe use of the VendorLink Solutions, LLC website and its inquiry process. They do not replace an estimate, construction contract, subcontract, employment agreement or other project-specific agreement. Any binding project obligations must be established in the applicable agreement. Using the website does not waive rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

2. How VendorLink works

Our role depends on the project. VendorLink may contract directly and coordinate work; provide coordination or labor support under an agreed scope; or introduce you to an independent contractor who quotes, contracts and performs work directly. We clarify the proposed role, contracting party, scope and responsibilities before work proceeds. A website description, introduction or use of “our network” does not itself make another business our employee, agent, legal partner or subcontractor. Actual authority, agreements, conduct and applicable law determine the relationship.

3. Inquiries are not agreements

Submitting a form, receiving an automated reference, having an initial conversation or receiving a contractor introduction does not, by itself, accept a project, reserve a crew, establish a price, authorize work or create an employment or contractor engagement. Availability and suitability are reviewed for each inquiry. Do not rely on an unconfirmed start date or begin work based solely on this website.

4. Estimates, scope, changes and project requirements

Website content is general information, not a site-specific quote. Price, materials, schedule, payment terms, permits, insurance, inspections, warranties and the person responsible for each must be addressed in the applicable project agreement. Site conditions and scope changes may affect cost or timing; changes should be documented and agreed before additional work. No specific license, certification, bonding, insurance or guarantee is established merely by appearing on this site. Required qualifications must be verified for the particular work.

5. Independent contractors and referrals

When an independent company contracts directly with you, its proposal, performance, staff, payment terms and warranties are governed by that agreement and applicable law. Before engaging it, review scope, qualifications, insurance and terms relevant to your project. An introduction is not a blanket guarantee of another company’s work. This disclosure does not remove VendorLink’s own obligations, responsibility for its own representations or conduct, or duties imposed by law.

6. Insurance, commercial and government inquiries

We welcome requests involving insurers, distributors, commercial entities and larger contractors seeking labor support. An inquiry does not establish insurer affiliation, preferred-vendor status, authorization to negotiate a claim, insurance coverage or payment approval. Coverage decisions remain subject to the policy and insurer; VendorLink does not provide public-adjusting or legal services through this website. Public-sector inquiries do not establish eligibility, certification, a contract award or agency endorsement. Requirements, capacity, documentation and responsibilities must be confirmed for each opportunity.

7. Company network, contractor and employee applications

Submitting an introduction or application does not guarantee admission, a recommendation, work volume, a job, an interview or compensation. Evaluation may depend on project needs, experience, availability, documentation and other lawful criteria. No employment or independent-contractor relationship is created by submitting a form. Any engagement requires separate terms; its legal classification depends on the actual relationship and applicable law.

8. Information you submit and contact permission

Provide accurate information you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate others, send malicious content, submit confidential client material without authority or upload sensitive documents through initial inquiries. The required contact checkbox describes the permission requested; it is not general advertising consent. Our Privacy Policy explains storage, relevant partner sharing and how to request future contact or optional sharing to stop. Do not use the forms for emergencies; call 911 for immediate danger.

9. Images, examples and website content

Images labeled design inspiration, illustrative photography, concept image or branding mockup are examples or visual concepts, including AI-generated or edited imagery where applicable. They do not establish that VendorLink completed the pictured work, owns the depicted property, has installed a proposed vehicle graphic or guarantees an identical result. Service examples are subject to actual scope and availability. Website names, logos, text and images may be protected by intellectual-property rights; no right to reuse them commercially is granted without permission from the relevant owner.

10. Website availability and limitations

We aim to provide useful information but the website may contain errors or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general informational content are provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted access, complete accuracy or a particular result from using the website. To that same limited extent, VendorLink is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from website interruption or reliance on general website content. These statements do not disclaim a project warranty or duty required by law, excuse fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limit non-waivable consumer rights.

11. Questions, disputes and applicable law

Contact VendorLink at vendorlinksolutions@gmail.com or 817-828-5398 with the request reference and a clear description so we can attempt to resolve a concern. This contact step does not delay legal deadlines or prevent you from exercising available remedies. Texas law applies to these terms to the extent legally permitted, subject to applicable federal law and mandatory protections. These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a waiver of Texas consumer-protection rights. A separate valid agreement may contain its own dispute provisions.

12. Changes, language and contact

Updated terms apply prospectively and do not change a signed project agreement without the agreement required for that change. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. English and Spanish versions are provided for accessibility; neither version removes mandatory rights. If wording differs, request clarification before relying on it or agreeing to project terms. VendorLink Solutions, LLC · vendorlinksolutions@gmail.com · 817-828-5398.
