Privacy Policy
How VendorLink collects, uses and shares information about project inquiries, business introductions and work applications.
1. Who we are and scope
VendorLink Solutions, LLC serves project inquiries in Dallas, Richardson, Plano and nearby North Dallas communities. This policy covers our website and information submitted through its project, company-network and work-application forms. It does not replace a separate project agreement or the privacy practices of an independent company you choose to work with.
2. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide: name, email, phone if supplied, city or service area, project details and inquiry type. Company and work applications may also include business name, specialties, experience, portfolio link, availability, applicant type and documentation status. We record submission time, a reference, language, contact authorization and its version, page of origin and available campaign/referral information. Hosting services may process IP addresses, browser/request information and security logs. We use a technical session cookie and security tokens to protect form submissions and limit abuse.
3. Why we use information
We use information to respond, assess your request, discuss estimates and scope, arrange appropriate project coordination or contractor introductions, evaluate business relationships or work applications, review relevant company requirements and documentation, maintain records, prevent abuse and comply with applicable obligations. A work application is an expression of interest, not a hiring decision or job offer.
4. Sharing for your request
When you select the contact authorization, we may share the contact details and relevant project, business or experience information needed with independent contractors or partner companies involved in your request. They may contact you about that request, project requirements, documentation or work opportunities, as relevant. A partner is an independent business or professional; the label does not establish common ownership, employment, certification or endorsement. We do not treat this permission as consent to unrelated advertising or unrestricted distribution of your information.
5. Providers, storage and other disclosures
Submissions are stored in private files on our Bluehost website hosting and in a restricted Google Sheets register. Email notifications are sent to VendorLink through email services, including Gmail. Service providers process information as needed to deliver hosting, email, storage and security. Authorized people handling the request may access it. We may disclose information when required by law, to address abuse or protect legal rights, or in a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards and existing privacy commitments. We do not use these forms to sell personal information to advertising lists. Sharing needed for an authorized contractor introduction is described above.
6. Cookies, external services and links
The website uses a session cookie for form security. At the effective date, we have not installed Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or advertising pixels on these pages. Google Fonts and certain illustrative images from Unsplash load from external services, which may receive technical connection information such as your IP address. External portfolio links and independent contractors have their own practices. We will update this policy and obtain any permission required before introducing materially different tracking or uses.
7. Retention and protection
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, evaluate a relevant relationship, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes or meet applicable requirements. Retention depends on the type of record and whether a project or business relationship follows. Records no longer needed should be deleted or de-identified; residual backup copies may remain until replaced under the provider’s processes. We use restricted access and technical safeguards, but no website, email or storage method is completely secure. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, identity documents, health information or confidential client records through the initial forms.
8. Your choices and requests
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw permission for future optional sharing, or stop future contact by emailing vendorlinksolutions@gmail.com or calling 817-828-5398. Identify the request or reference if available; do not email identity documents unless we arrange a suitable verification method. We may need reasonable verification and may retain records required for legal, security, contractual or dispute-related purposes. Withdrawal does not undo processing or authorized sharing that already occurred. An independent recipient may need to be contacted directly regarding its own records. Where applicable law provides additional rights, response deadlines or an appeal, those rights remain available; you may ask us to reconsider a response using the same contact.
9. Children and updates
The forms are intended for adults requesting services or presenting a business or work interest, not for children under 18. If a child has provided information, contact us to request review and removal as appropriate. We may update this policy with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively authorize broader use or sharing of earlier submissions; additional permission will be requested where needed.
